UDYAMA PRAMODA is managed as per the trust bye-law. Every local chapter will have a core committee known as Management Committee (MC). The names of the chosen members will be sent to the Trust HQ for appointment of President, Secretary, Treasurer and other office bearers. Local chapters are advised to have following committees to run the chapter smoothly and efficiently: 1) Attendance and Membership 2) Business Presentation 3) Training & Education 4) KYT 5) Events 6) Quality and Reality Check 7) Events 8) Growth 9) Accounts 10) Monthly Roster.
UDYAMA PRAMODA is a socio-economical forum which is well structured and professionally managed. Each chapter meets fortnightly in a designated place, from 7.30AM to 9.30AM. The suggested agenda given below: – Socialization for about 30minutes, – Meeting to start with a prayer. – Introduction of newly added members – 30 seconds self-introduction by each member – Knowledge Sharing (10 Minutes) – One or two detailed business presentation (8 Minutes) – Exchange of Opportunities and Transactions – Consolidation of transaction done tor the fortnight as per the format – Announcements if any – Vote of thanks – Adjourn the meeting with a prayer
